Client Profile

Automated emails for Daily Activity Reports, Case Reports and Calls For Service are set up on a per client basis.

Daily Activity Reports

Daily Activity Reports will be sent out based on the timezone and time picked.

Weekly Activity Reports (Sun-Sat) will be sent out every Sunday.

Monthly Activity Reports will be sent out on the First Day of every month.

Case Reports

If you want a specific person or group to be notified of an approved report, then change the option to WHEN APPROVED.

Individual and/or group email addresses added to the table will receive a copy of the Case Report once it is APPROVED

Calls Cards

If you want a specific person or group to be notified when a call is closed, then change the option to WHEN CLOSED

Individual and/or group email addresses added to the table will receive a copy of the Call For Service once it is CLOSED
