    We have several automation options, daily, weekly, and monthly for activity reports. We also give you the option to receive full call details when a call for service is closed out and the same with case reports. 

  • Is my data secure?

    Absolutely! We want to ensure that your data is secure so we use the same level of encryption on our servers as most banks do.  

  • What if your servers go down, do I lose my data?

    Uploads and data are stored in multiple regions across the US. So rest assured, you won't lose your data.
