In Progress
The in progress screen is broken down into 3 sections. Unassigned, Assigned
and Closed
To view a call, simply click on the event ID, this will open up the call details
To view a call location on the map, select the address in the event location column. This will bring up the map page and display the location.
Calls for service are automatically moved into the appropriate table list based on whether or not officers are assigned to the call or if the call is closed.
